Eight clauses, stated plainly for review. These terms are not yet in force and still require attorney approval before a subscriber signs or a payment is taken.

HaulClock provides a public-records monitoring feed: federal regulatory filings, re-verified, scored, and released on a territory basis. HaulClock is a data publisher. It is not an insurance producer, agency, or broker; it does not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance; it never contacts motor carriers.
Flat monthly subscription, fixed in advance, not contingent on any quotation, application, sale, or bound policy, and not measured per record.
Your territory is defined objectively: state plus enumerated county codes in a dated exhibit. The promise: no record bearing a USDOT number assigned to your territory goes to any other subscriber during your term. The acknowledgment: the underlying records are public federal data — a third party independently finding them is not a breach. Sole remedy for a verified breach is termination plus refund or credit for the affected period.
You hold a producer license wherever you use the service, and use records for commercial insurance production only. You dial manually — no autodialers, prerecorded voice, or bulk SMS — and honor opt-outs. You never imply affiliation with FMCSA, USDOT, or any government body. You never resell or transfer records.
Within 72 hours of your first payment, walk away for any reason and receive a full refund. The territory reopens; your access ends.
Nonpayment: days 0–7 the feed continues while the card retries; day 8 the feed pauses and the territory is not released; day 21 the territory returns to the market. A payment clearing before day 21 restores everything. Voluntary cancellation reopens the territory immediately. Records already delivered remain usable for your own production only; raw export files are deleted within 30 days.
Records derive from public federal sources we do not control; the federal source may lag, omit, or err. Each record carries its source reference and is re-verified on its delivery date. The service is provided as is; warranties of accuracy and fitness are disclaimed.
“Your book is used solely for monitoring and is never absorbed into sourcing.” Uploaded books are monitoring input only — never joined into any territory feed, never used to source records, never mined. This survives termination.
Book Guard Beta runs for 14 days after access is activated. No card is required to start, and the beta does not convert or charge automatically. Access and the daily check stop at the end of the beta unless the subscriber affirmatively completes the locked $199 monthly continuation. That subscription renews monthly until the subscriber stops renewal from the signed-in Book Guard dashboard. Stripe's signed billing events determine the confirmed paid-period end, and monitoring stops at that boundary.
