What the forms collect
The claim, waitlist, and digest forms ask for name, email, phone, agency, and state. That is the whole list. We use it to run the territory process you started — availability, fit, waitlist order — and for nothing else.

Funnel analytics
We record funnel events — page views, form steps — with the UTM parameters your visit carried, to learn which pages work. These events are not sold, not shared, and never appended with outside data.
The Desk
Conversations with the Desk, the site's chat, are retained so we can review answer quality. Deletion on request covers those transcripts too.
Payments
The 14-day Book Guard beta requires no card. If a subscriber later chooses the locked $199 monthly continuation, Stripe processes that payment. Card numbers go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them. Doing nothing at the end of the beta creates no charge.
Book Guard uploads
“Your book is used solely for monitoring and is never absorbed into sourcing.” Uploaded books are monitoring input only — never joined into any territory feed, never used to source records, never mined. The covenant survives termination.
No sale of personal data. Deletion on request.
